Mr. Sharma had done Masters in Business Management and has an experience of 12 years in the education sector. He uses creativity and fresh approaches to close educational social norms gaps prevalent in our society. Innov8 Educare takes schools on Lease and operates them on a revenue-sharing module. While the School owner retains the ownership of the school and receives a monthly portion of revenue, all the academic and financial management is taken care of by the Team INNOV8.

Nishant Sharma’s dedication and integrity are a result of his inclination toward Heartfulness meditation. He is a meditation practitioner cum trainer for the past 18 years which has shaped his commitment and honesty towards his work. Nishant Sharma is also associated with many NGOs who is working for international peace and universal brotherhood.
